Arc.spp grew out of two practices, an architecture studio and a mediation/coaching practice, brought together under one roof.
The reasoning was simple, whether it's one person relocating or two companies merging, the same two problems show up. A space that needs to work, and people who need to find their footing in it.

That dual background is what lets us read a floor plan and a difficult team dynamic with the same attention, and support both individuals and organisations through the same kind of change.

I believe that the spaces we create shape how we live, work, connect, and thrive. Some of those spaces are physical, the buildings, workplaces, and environments we inhabit.
Others are the invisible spaces between people that influence collaboration, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging.

Drawing on both disciplines, we guide clients throughout the planning and construction process, helping leaders use space as a strategic tool to foster wellbeing, collaboration, and performance.

Every project is unique. That's why I work with a trusted network of independent professionals, including architects, interior designers, builders, and specialist consultants, bringing together the right expertise to meet the specific needs of each client.

My work is driven by a commitment to improving everyday life through the thoughtful design of both physical and mental spaces in an increasingly global and interconnected world.
